Advice To Relax Tired Feet

Muscle tension and swelling are some of the most common sequelae resulting from the neglect to which we subject our feet. With these 5 exercises you will decrease muscle tension, prevent injury, you will improve mobility and balance, and get a sense of relaxation on your feet: 

The foot pain can be caused by many problems, some may even become chronic if not treated on time. No matter how old we are or activities performed, it is normal to feel tired after several hours. Once home, there are ways to treat pain and fatigue. 

Advice to relax tired feet: 

Soaking in warm water: Fill the tub or large bowl with warm water. Enter your feet and ankles. Add a handful of Epsom salts in the water, stirring to dissolve. If you want an even more relaxing effect, pour a few drops of essential oil of flowers such as lavender or mint. Let the feet about 20 minutes or until the water cools.
